I Felt Lazy Today

I felt so tired tonight. We had a party at home and I help my sister to prepare the foods and clean the kitchen after the party. It’s a birthday party of my nephew and we have lots of visitors. I have few pictures but still on my camera I felt tired and lazy to download. Maybe I will post the pictures tomorrow if I have a chance. As of now I’m lazy and I do not know what to post. I have many pending jobs waiting for me but I’m not in the mood tonight maybe I will do it tomorrow morning.

My second brother is a carpenter. Aside from that he also knows how to fix his car. He is very expert when it comes to house repair or even building a house. He works in a big company before and decided to make his own business. He bought different kinds of machines, tools and other equipments like clamps, knobs, handles and hand wheels, hand tools and many more. If he needs products he just purchase online or in the nearest hardware. I’m so proud of him. As of now he works hard and very responsible.

Concentrate To Loss Weight

I’m glad with the result of my workouts. I always go to the gym after work and concentrate to loss weight. I reduce weight for just one week and I am so happy. I also reduce my food intake. I stop eating fatty foods and eat only fruits and vegetables. Salad is good for me and I will stick to that. I also reduce my salt and sugar in take. It is not good for my body. Workout is not easy because it needs time and efforts in going to gym so I make sure that I loss weight this time.

I Gain Weight

I tried my best to control my eating habits but sad to say that I gain weight this summer. I attended lots of parties, gatherings, picnics and barbecues are always there. Yes! I exercise everyday like walking in going to work, gardening and a lot of work outs. But, I really eat a lot and I’m so conscious when my friend says that I’m so big now. I got ashamed in front of the mirror. Oh my God! I need more exercise. I need to reduce my foods. It’s not good to look at if I gain weight because of my height. I am not tall so I better eat less and work out more.

Another delicious recipe during the birthday party of my sister’s hubby. She cooked cheesecake because this is the favorite dessert of her friends. I like this food too very sweet and delicious. I never prepare like this before and when I saw my sister it’s just easy and maybe I will do like this on my next birthday.

Seagulls at Riverside Park

This picture of mine was taken at Riverside Park Guelph City. Seagulls are considered as the highly intelligent birds with nice structure and a friendly birds. I like their color gray or white and often with black markings on the head or wings. They have stout, longish bills and webbed feet. Gull species range in size from the little gull, at 120 g (4.2 oz) and 29 cm (11.5 inches), to the great black-backed gull, at 1.75 kg (3.8 lbs) and 76 cm (30 inches). Most gulls are carnivores because they love to eat crabs and small fish.
