I am not young anymore that is why I am very careful of what I eat. I need to control my diet to reduce the unwanted fats in my body. I need workout activities too. I am thankful that my job now is more on walking, cleaning and lifting. It helps me a lot, keep my body active and fit. It is not an easy job but I love it.
