Manage Stress
One of my friends is an instructor of yoga. She advise me to enroll yoga at the same time go with her every session. I know it’s a great idea to exercise to become healthy and physically fit. All of us in our busy lives face stressful situations. Many of us needs time to rest, exercise daily and manage stress to have good health and sense of well being. Due to economic crisis many of us experience stress, panic attacks, sleep disturbances or insomnia and chronic illnesses. So, it’s better for us to go outside, enjoy and exercise daily.
