Healthy Foods
If you want your children to have a healthy body, encourage them to eat nutritious foods such as vegetables and fruits. It is fine if they eat meat sometimes but make sure to limit those kinds of foods. It is not advisable to eat plenty of foods before bedtime. You need to check your children foods. Most kids today loves to eat fast foods. There is nothing wrong with that only you have to limit them in eating fast food meal or foods from restaurants. If they eat in the restaurants tell them to select the healthy foods. There are also healthy foods in the restaurants like fruits, salads, milk and many more. But, as a mom you have to prepare their foods and make sure they eat those foods at school. Let them bring healthy foods at school. Encourage and teach them how to follow and eat the right foods and live in a healthy lifestyle.
