Everyone wants to lose weight for different reasons. For me, I feel ashamed every time my friends says to me that I am fat and overweight. I easily get embarrass and become conscious of my body. Recently, one of my friends told me to use dip machine. It’s affordable online, very effective when it come to lose weight and get in shape.
