Hello friends! I’m back I just arrived from my mammo test from general hospital. I was there for my appointment in mammogram. By the way, it’s my first time to have mammo test and it was advice from my doctor. During the mammo tests I feel a little bit pain but it’s ok just mild pain. The exam lasts for less than 30 minutes I think. It’s so quick because I cooperate with the technician to make it good and fast. With regards to the result it will be forwarded to my family doctor. If there is a problem the doctor will call me immediately but if it is normal the doctor will give the result during my next visit or during my next check up. I just hope that my result is fine and no problems at all.

It was a sunny morning when my brother and I took this picture of Floral clock. One of the most attractive part of Riverside park Guelph Ontario is the functional Floral clock. It remains a tribute to a great designer John Jock Clark who was the park administrator and a dedicated servant of the said city since 1948 until his death in 1973. Until now the place looks so beautiful, clean and situated on the shores of the Speed River.

Weekend is here again. But this time I will not rest because we have plenty of visitors coming this afternoon. My niece will celebrate her 4th birthday party. So, I first thing I will do this morning is to clean the house, vacuum from the living room, to the kitchen and all the rooms. Arrange all the things in the cabinet especially the scattered toys of my niece. My sister will cook the entire recipe and I will just help her in the kitchen. The party will start at around four in the afternoon.

Time moves so fast, I can’t believe that I’m two years now in Canada. I remember when I traveled here I was so nervous. It’s hard for me to adjust the new environment especially the winter season. But now I beginning to love the place and decided to stay for good. Canada is one of the best countries in the world, a land with many opportunities and a good place for my son. Well, I just hope and pray for our success here in Canada.

Last Sept. 18 was the birthday party of my niece Abby. We have many visitors especially Abby’s friends with their mom and dad. It’s a dinner party and we enjoy the foods. Most recipes are Filipino foods but we had also Canadian foods for the white people, hehehe. Well, I have many pictures in my camera but I’m so lazy to upload in my laptop. Maybe I will post the pictures soon if I’m not busy. As of now I’m so busy packing our things we are going to move out next month. Once again, happy birthday little Abby.

It’s a simple playground in front of our house. During our free time my niece and I loves to visit and play this place. It’s a simply playground near the public library and swimming pool. We use to play here especially during summer season. We all know that outdoor activities are very important to the kids in order to develop physically, sensory, mentally, emotionally and socially. A kid loves climbing, sliding, jumping, walking, running, socializing and playing with friends. That’s all for now good day and God bless to everyone.

I’m so happy yesterday because my sister, niece, my friend, her kid and I were having fun picking strawberry in the farm. I’m so excited because its my first time to experienced. Well, I love strawberry so much taste is delicious, nutritious, versatile and so yummy. As of now I eat strawberries for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner, hehehe. Not to worry because I can get good nutrition and health benefits like higher level of vitamins C, high in dietary fiber, manganese, folate and potassium. Its also low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. The nutritional value of the strawberry makes it suitable for maintaining optimum health and weight loss.

It’s my son’s graduation day. Graduation is a very important event to everyone’s life. A triumph to success after so many sacrifices, efforts and struggles. It’s the best exciting and awesome achievement not only for the graduates but also for the parents. This picture was taken during their presentation of their graduation song titled “HERE WE ARE” they sung very seriously and heartily.They felt really the message of the song and they wanted to keep it in their hearts as their remembrance for that day as they graduated in their respected level such as nursery, kindergarten and elementary.
